Our products are made from fruits and vegetables grown in the southern regions of Russia (Krasnodar Krai, Republic of Adygea, Stavropol Krai, Kabardino-Balkar Republic)
Before processing, all received raw materials undergo a thorough laboratory analysis, based on which a decision is made regarding its usability.
The processing of fruits and vegetables begins with washing the raw materials. Special attention is given to this technological operation because only clean fruits that have undergone 3 stages of washing and manual control (removing defective fruits) should enter the production line.
Next, the fruits go through stages of crushing, heating, and grinding, down to a size of 0.4 mm. In terms of the content of beneficial substances, this puree is not inferior to the original raw materials.
To maximize the preservation of all beneficial substances, especially vitamin C, which is known to quickly deteriorate under the influence of oxygen, we apply the deaeration technology (removal of air from the puree) and homogenization (giving the product uniformity).
The final stage of processing is the aseptic filling of the product, which involves rapid gentle heating, brief holding, and cooling to 20°C. After that, the product is packaged in a microbiologically clean 200-liter bag in a sterile chamber. To protect the bag from external influences, it is placed in a metal barrel.
All of this allows us to obtain a high-quality product from Russian raw materials.
